Meet @daikoku.ramen 🍜
From 15 years spent in Japan and learning the art of handmade noodle making, to opening restaurants in Barcelona, London, Stroud and now the Food Dock, Hugo and Mizuki’s journey to Daikoku Ramen is anything but ordinary.
And Hugo’s favourite dish? Surprisingly, it’s not the ramen. His pick is the salmon and tuna poke bowl.
