Scandinavian Coffee Pod

The Scandinavian Coffee Pod is built upon the Scandinavian principle of doing simple, well. Since 2021, Sophie Adkins has helped build the business into a thriving hub for coffee lovers using ethically sourced speciality coffee from farms across the globe. An exclusive partnership with Assembly Coffee Roasters ensures a direct-to-farm product nurturing the communities where it is grown.

Not only is the coffee excellent, but they also offer a great eat-in or takeaway selection of sweet and savoury goods. With indoor and outdoor seating, it’s the perfect spot to stop for breakfast, or an afternoon pick-me-up, in Gloucester Docks.
