Specialising in bold, flavour-led dishes built around high-quality British Wagyu beef and buttermilk chicken, Wagyu & Feather has brought a premium street food concept to the Food Dock Deck. Founded by Paul and Karen Sheeran, the kitchen combines carefully sourced ingredients and local produce with indulgent, cooked-to-order burgers, loaded fries, wings and more.

With a passion for flavour-led cooking at the heart of the kitchen, every dish is served with a focus on quality, consistency and standout flavour. Working closely with their neighbours at Hop Kettle, Wagyu & Feather also serves a menu of flavour-packed dishes at the bar — fuelling quiz nights, live events and laid-back evenings at the Docks.
