Wholly Gelato

Wholly Gelato uses the milk from their mixed-breed, free range herd on their family farm in Elmore to produce their dessert bar products. These include Italian-style artisan Gelato, desserts, shakes and fresh whole milk which is available from our on-site vending machine. The team at Wholly are passionate about food, and where food comes from. The flavours are evolving and ever changing, reflecting the seasons and the family’s interest in fresh food and multiple award winning fascinating flavour combinations.
